Project Overview:

Platinum Group Metals Ltd. is a successful mining company with a track record of more than 20 years of experience in exploration, mine discovery, mine construction and mine operations. The Company was formed in 2000 and is focused on the operation and development of platinum and palladium mining operations. Their projects are located in the Bushveld Complex in South Africa, hosting over 70% of the worlds platinum production. With the company based in both South Africa and Canada, we partnered with the local Platinum Group Metals team to manage the construction of their new head office, located in the Bentall 5 in downtown Vancouver, BC. The 4400 sq. ft. space was handed over as a shell and the tenant improvement’s took place over the course of six weeks. Given the established relationship with the Landlord and previous experience working in the building, the project proceeded seamlessly and the client moved in on time and budget.
