Drew Lewis brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with a career built from the ground up — from steel stud and drywall to site supervision, project management, business development, and ownership.
Known for his people-first leadership style and ability to navigate complex commercial projects, Drew has built lasting relationships across the industry for three decades. His passion for construction is matched by his commitment to delivering quality, integrity, and results on every project.
Today, Drew continues to lead with experience, perspective, and a deep respect for the craft and the people behind it.
George Lewis
General Manager

With over 42 years in commercial tenant improvements, George brings proven leadership, precision craftmanship, and relentless commitment to quality. Trained in Aberdeen, Scotland, as a time-served Cabinet Maker and certified through City & Guilds of London, he built a foundation on traditional trade excellence before earning his Red Seal Certification in Canada.
Today, George leads commercial interior projects with a sharp eye for detail, a focus on efficiency, and a standard of workmanship that stands the test of time. He just doesn’t build spaces – he builds them right.
Toni McLaren Lewis

Braveheart Ventures are committed to delivering structured, accountable commercial construction management built on clarity and disciplined execution.
Toni’s background in the military shaped a leadership approach grounded in structure, responsibility, and calm decision-making under pressure.
Following her service, she worked in senior care as a Staff Coordinator, where she developed strong operational systems, regulatory discipline, and team oversight within a highly accountable environment. Those experiences now inform how our team governs and manages commercial projects.
